Living in Toronto, Ontario, Jose Luis is a graduate of Centro de Capacitacion Gastronomica de Jalisco. During the year, he works as a prep and line cook. In his spare time, Jose Luis also likes drawing, learning new languages, and being in nature! This is his 1st summer at Manitou, where he’ll be joining us as a Kitchen Staff!
