From Towcester, UK, Helen is a graduate of the University of Leeds. During the non-camp months, Helen works as a food artist, sensory cook, and plant-based personal chef. She also participates in various art events and waste food projects throughout the year. In her spare time, Helen loves sustainability, hiking, yoga, creativity, and adventuring! This will be Helen’s 2nd year at Manitou and this year she will be bringing her creative spirit back to camp as our Head of Greenhouse!
