Come break a sweat at our Fitness Studio with brand new equipment including battle ropes, free weights, punching bags and a bench press station! Our enthusiastic fitness instructors will lead our campers through a variety of work outs including cardio, strength training, boot camp and ab blast. Our Fitness program offers campers the ability to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Campers can also join our Running Club, offered to campers who wish to to improve their long distances running.
