Depending on their interest, participants learn voice, acting techniques, stage management, costume, lighting, sound, and prop design and production. For those campers interested in musical theatre, our musical director and choreographer teach skills for presenting song and dance, often as a compliment to the theatre production.

FAll participants become members of Manitou's Main Stage Theatre Company, working throughout each month to put on a full scale production with the entire camp as your audience! Although shorter, minor productions, are given the same dedication to skill development and generate the same anticipation at showtime. Manitou's theatre program continues its longstanding tradition of providing campers with a camp theatre experience that is second to none.
