Oatmeal cookies:

175 Ml butter
175 Ml Brown Sugar
125 Ml White Sugar
1 Egg
30 ml water
Vanilla- two drops

Mix together until light and fluffy

Add: 175 Ml all purpose flour
3ml baking soda
750 ml quick oats
Add chocolate chips if you want

Bake 350 F- 11 minutes- you should get three dozen from this recipe.

Chocolate Chip cookies:

300 ml melted butter
1000 ml brown Sugar
4 eggs
60 ml hot water
Mix well

Add 1300 ml all purpose flour
10 ml making powder
10 ml baking soda
a pinch of salt
600 gr of chocolate chip chunk

Bake 350 F- 9 minutes
